The Cultural Policy Network is a group of scholars working on cultural policy issues at twenty-eight colleges and universities. The Network was founded to bring together the range of scholarship on cultural policy and shape the contours of this new field. Network members, listed in our Directory, work in many disciplines: economics, cultural studies, arts administration, sociology, public policy, and visual and performing arts. In 1999 the Network convened three times; read more in our Brief History. Participants also communicate through an on-line discussion.
